Before first use, leave the mattress topper flat in a well-ventilated area for 48-72 hours until it has fully expanded. If it has not yet finished expanding, use a vacuum cleaner or hair dryer to make it expand. During this time, you can gently dab the foam with your hands (without getting it too hot or applying too much pressure).
